PREPARATION:
By wet process without fermentation with selection of only ripe berries. It is then exposed to the sun for drying. A semi-washed coffee is obtained.

DESCRIPTION:
Fine-textured hazel-colored cream with slightly brown streaks. Delicate aroma, not very intense yet elegant. Unimportant body and medium sweetness. It presents notes of dried fruits, almonds and chocolate.
