HARVEST PERIOD: May – August
PREPARATION: By wet way, without fermentation, with the selection of only ripe berries. Subsequently it is exposed to the sun for drying. A semi-washed coffee is obtained.
DESCRIPTION: Fine hazelnut-colored cream with slightly brown streaks. Delicate aroma, not very intense but elegant. Basic density and medium sweetness. It has notes of dried fruit, almonds and chocolate.
