Organic coffee blend made up of only Arabica species originating from Brazil, Central America and Africa. Composition, processing and packaging take place within our establishment, following a production process of quality and absolute rigor.

The various selections that make up the blend are tested before entering the production process and after roasting we proceed to sample tastings.

To produce micro-lots of excellent quality, we have equipped ourselves with a small plant of roasting with latest generation technologies in which it is possible to program the processing cycle and roasting curves based on the purchased coffee origins. Upon request, we provide the customer with a copy of the certification.

DESCRIPTION:
Hazelnut-colored cream with a fine and compact texture and ebony streaks. Excellent aromatic complexity. Low acidity. Retro-olfactory fruity reminiscences.
