Inaccessible content

The content listed below is not accessible for the following reason(s):

(a) Failure to comply with Law Jan. 9, 2004, no. 4.

C.9.1.1.1 – Some non-text content presented to the user does not have an equivalent textual alternative that serves the same purpose;
C.9.1.2.2 – For some pre-recorded audio content in synchronized media types, subtitles are not provided, except when such content is an alternative to a text content and is clearly labeled as such.
C.9.1.3.1 – In some cases, information, structure, or correlations conveyed by page presentation, cannot be determined programmatically (or are not available through text);
C.9.1.3.2 – In some cases, where the sequence in which the content is presented, affects its meaning this is only visual and not structural;
C.9.1.4.3 – The visual representation of text and images containing text does not always have the required minimum contrast ratio, unless exceptions are provided in the regulations;
C.9.1.4.5 – Presence of images containing text to convey information, without offering textual alternatives or customization options, and without such representation being essential;

C.9.4.1.2 – In some cases, user interface components (including: form elements, links, and script-generated components…), name, role, states, properties, and values are not correct or set, or the user and their assistive technologies are not notified when these change;

(b) Disproportionate burden.

Some documents in PDF format may not be fully accessible. Because of the volume and complexity of some of this content, it is concluded that making all material fully accessible would be a disproportionate burden.

(c) The content is outside the scope of the applicable legislation.

Content or functionality provided by third-party platforms or services (e.g., embedded maps, social media feeds, videos, analytics widgets such as Matomo) that were not developed by the company and are not fully under its control.
